At Temo's Farm, we aim to deliver our fresh produce to you efficiently and in good condition.
- Delivery Area: We currently offer delivery within Gaborone and 10km radius.
- Delivery Day: Deliveries are made every Sunday of the week, excluding public holidays.
- Order Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days after confirmation.
- Estimated Delivery Time: You can expect your delivery within 3-5 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your exact location and unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
- Delivery Fees: A delivery fee will apply to all orders below a minimum order value of P600. Please contact us for the specific delivery fee applicable to your order. Orders meeting or exceeding P600 will have their delivery fees calculated at checkout.
- Delivery Procedure: We will notify you via WhatsApp and email on the day of your delivery with an estimated time window. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If no one is available, we will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time or safe drop-off location where possible.
- Packaging: Your produce will be delivered in packaging as advertised.

Refund Policy
At Temo's Farm, we strive to provide you with the freshest, high-quality organic Hannah sweet potatoes from Mochudi Farms. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our farm.
We offer refunds only in cases of significant damage or spoilage of the sweet potatoes upon arrival, rendering them unusable.
Conditions for a Refund:
- You must notify us of the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- You must provide clear photographic evidence of the significant damage or spoilage.

Process for Refund:
- Upon receiving your notification and evidence within the stipulated 24-hour timeframe, we will assess the situation.
- If we determine that the damage or spoilage was significant and occurred before or during transit, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days using the original payment method.
Please Note:
- Minor variations in size, shape, or appearance are natural characteristics of organically grown produce and do not qualify for a refund.
- We are not responsible for damage or spoilage that occurs due to improper handling or storage by the customer after delivery.
