Shipping Policy

At Temo's Farm, we aim to deliver our fresh, organic Hannah sweet potatoes from our Farms to you efficiently and in good condition.

  • Delivery Area: We currently offer delivery within Gaborone and surrounding areas.
  • Delivery Day: Deliveries are made every Sunday of the week, excluding public holidays.
  • Order Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days after confirmation.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: You can expect your delivery within 3-5 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your exact location and unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
  • Delivery Fees: A delivery fee will apply to all orders below a minimum order value of P500. Please contact us for the specific delivery fee applicable to your order. Orders meeting or exceeding P500 will have their delivery fees calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery Procedure: We will notify you via WhatsApp and email on the day of your delivery with an estimated time window. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If no one is available, we will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time or safe drop-off location where possible.
  • Packaging: Your sweet potatoes will be delivered as is.

Refund Policy

At Temo's Farm, we take pride in the quality of our organic Hannah sweet potatoes from our Farms. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to significant damage or spoilage upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photo evidence. We will gladly offer a refund or replacement on a case-by-case basis, ensuring fairness to both our customers and our farm's efforts.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

At Temo's Farm, we are committed to providing you with fresh, high-quality organic produce from Mochudi Farms. Please review our policy regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges:

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been processed and dispatched for delivery.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via cell phone at +26772988286 or email at tfarms@gmail.com with your order number.
  • If your cancellation request is received within the specified timeframe and the order has not been dispatched, a full refund will be processed within 3-5 working days using the original payment method.
  • Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns and Exchanges:

Given the perishable nature of our fresh produce, we have a limited policy for returns and exchanges.

  • Returns: We only accept returns in the event of significant damage or spoilage upon arrival, making the produce unusable.
  • Notification of Issues: If you receive produce that is significantly damaged or spoiled, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or spoilage along with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • Assessment: Upon receiving your notification and evidence, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
  • Resolution: If we determine that the damage or spoilage occurred before or during transit and is significant, we may offer one of the following resolutions:
    • Refund: A full or partial refund for the affected produce.
    • Replacement: A replacement of the affected produce on your next scheduled delivery (subject to availability).
  • Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:
    • The issue must be reported within the specified timeframe (24 hours of receipt).
    • Clear photographic evidence must be provided.
    • The damage or spoilage must be significant and render the produce unusable.
  • Exchanges: We do not typically offer exchanges for reasons other than significant damage or spoilage upon arrival. If you have ordered the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Important Notes:

  • Minor variations in size, shape, or appearance are natural characteristics of organically grown produce and do not qualify for a return or exchange.
  • We are not responsible for damage or spoilage that occurs due to improper handling or storage by the customer after delivery.
