We currently offer delivery within a 10km radius of Gaborone, Botswana.
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
Delivery can be expected within 2-3 business days after your order has been processed.
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive your fresh produce.

Refund Policy
At Thobo Farms, we are committed to providing you with the freshest and highest quality produce. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below.
Perishable Goods (Fresh Produce):
Due to the nature of fresh produce, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
- Quality Issues: If you receive produce that is significantly damaged, spoiled, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us process your request quickly, please provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct items to be delivered as soon as possible, or offer a refund for the incorrect items.
Non-Perishable Goods (if applicable):
For any non-perishable items we may offer:
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of any damage or if you received the wrong item. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Conditions for Refund Consideration:
- You must notify us within the specified timeframe mentioned above.
- For quality issues with perishable goods, photographic evidence is required.
- The issue must be due to an error on our part or a significant quality problem with the produce upon delivery.
Refund Process:
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
